Resilient Together – A processing group for the LGBTQIA community

Join our weekly LGBTQIA+ support group, a safe and affirming space designed to foster personal growth and connection. Held every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM online, this group focuses on cultivating resilience, navigating life’s uncertainties, harnessing the power of community, and understanding the mechanics of the nervous system. Through meaningful discussions and shared experiences, we’ll explore tools and strategies to thrive authentically. The cost is $33 per session, with a sliding scale available to ensure accessibility. Come connect, heal, and grow in a supportive environment.

About the Facilitator: Jason Adams, LPC-MHSP, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience supporting diverse individuals and communities. Based in Nashville, TN, he founded New Roads Therapy to provide compassionate, inclusive care. Using mindfulness-based techniques, emotionally focused therapy, and somatic practices, Jason helps participants build resilience and foster connection. His approachable and empathetic facilitation creates a welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ community to explore personal growth and emotional well-being.
